The Company:
Wilt’s Clean Energy, Inc. is a Vidalia, Georgia based company, with a mission to successfully and
effectively refine and market their patent pending electromagnetic engine.
In October 2005, Inventor Herman Wilt, and co-inventors Kathrine Wilt and James Wiggins filed an application with the United States Patent Office to
secure patent approval for the breakthrough in power generation that ultimately will dramatically
reduce the demand for traditional fuel sources. In July 2007, the patent was approved by the
United States Patent Office. With this approval, Wilt, a mechanic with deep knowledge of the
working of engines, has realized a vision he has been working on for over 20 years - the creation
of a magnetic motor that, through its unique engineering design, allows the output of the engine to
exceed its input energy by a major factor.
In recent years, the accelerated increase in greenhouse gas emissions from the consumption of
fossil fuels have come to represent the biggest threat to the planet’s well-being and presents an
urgent need for greater energy efficiency, more rapid development of renewable energy
alternatives, and solutions to destructive greenhouse gas emissions.
While worldwide concern about these issues has hastened the implementation of more stringent
legislation and standards by world bodies and individual governments, industry must also take
responsibility to reduce harmful pollutants, and find new ways to eliminate them from the
manufacturing and energy-producing processes.
The time to reduce the causes of global warming is at its most urgent. This is the time to apply
cleaner energy technologies to reduce both greenhouse gas emissions and the depletion of non-
renewable energy resources.
Our business model reduces financial exposure and risk by providing stable long-term cash flow
from our clean energy generation projects while offering stakeholders significant potential benefits
from our technologies
Wilt’s Clean Energy, Inc. is prepared to enter discussions with interested parties regarding the licensing of the Wilt’s
technology.
Electromagnetic Engine Description
An electromagnetic engine has an inner rotor and an outer rotor having magnets of opposite polarity mounted thereon.
Output is taken from the inner rotor, which is free to rotate in a single direction. The outer rotor is caused to oscillate, the
force of magnetic repulsion between the magnetic fields of the inner and outer rotors driving rotation of the inner rotor. The
outer rotor may be held stationary by solenoids and holding gears when the inner and outer magnetic fields are closely
adjacent in order to maximize the force of repulsion. The timing of the oscillation and pausing of the outer rotor may be
controlled by EPROM (Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory) circuitry and a timing sensor mounted on the output
shaft or gear.
